Steamer Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
4 - 6 medium potatoes, washed and quartered
2 tbspHerb & Garlic Dip Mix
3⁄4 cup milk
2 - 3 tbsp butter
Preparation
- Combine potato and dip mix in a Multipurpose Steamer. Microwave on high, with lid on, for 10 minutes. Mash potatoes with milk and butter until desired consistency.
