2 tbsp water
1 1⁄2 lbs (675 g) ground beef
1⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- Whisk egg, water, seasoning, dip, and mustard together in a bowl.
- Crumble in beef and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Mix to combine. Wet hands to prevent sticking and form mixture into 6 patties.
- Grill patties on the barbecue over medium-high heat with lid closed for 5 minutes. Flip and continue grilling for about 5 more minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 160° F (71° C).
