A fantastic dipping sauce for salad and spring rolls, or shrimp and chicken fingers. Also a zesty dressing for salads, Asian Hot and Sour Coleslaw, or a sauce for noodle dishes.
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce, or gluten free soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1⁄2 tsp crushed chilies
- Whisk all ingredients together in a mixing bowl or shake in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
