2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cups arborio rice
1 cup frozen peas
3⁄4 cup sour cream
Toppings (optional): grated Parmesan cheese, Black Pepper
- Place dip mix, mushrooms, and butter in the Multipurpose Steamer. Cover and microwave on high 4 min.
- Meanwhile, warm broth in a small pot on the stove.
- Add warm broth and rice to steamer and cook uncovered on high for 5 min. Remove from microwave; stir in peas. Microwave uncovered on high for additional 8 min.
- Fold in sour cream. Add toppings, if desired.
