1 medium watermelon, cubed
1 cup cranberry or raspberry juice
1 bottle pink Champagne, or your choice of non-alcoholic sparkling.
- Cube the whole watermelon, and puree half in a blender or food processor, add 1 cup of juice, and puree, until all liquid.
- Transfer to a serving jug, or punch bowl, and add tea, the water melon, and the champagne. Combine gently, and pour over ice into glasses.
