Serve with 1 cup mixed greens and seasonal veggies.
3⁄4 cup milk or non-dairy milk
1 tbsp oil
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Place lightly oiled Waffle Mold on Sheet Pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together mix, egg, and milk.
- Divide batter evenly into each mold, filling all corners. Bake for 12–15 min.
- When cool, flip mold over and gently remove waffles; place on plates.
- Top each with a scoop of warm stew.
