Ingredients
12 tsp
1 tbsp
chives
13 cup
breadcrumbs
4 (4 oz/115g)
salmon fillets
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
2 tbsp
vegetable oil

Preparation
  1. Combine first 3 ingredients. Season salmon with Sea Salt and Pepper. Press breadcrumb mixture onto both sides of fillets.
  2. Heat frying pan over medium heat; add oil and cook fillets until both sides are golden brown and fish flakes easily with a fork.
