Ingredients
1 pkg (2 lbs/900 g) baby carrots
1⁄2 medium red onion
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
- Place carrots in Multipurpose Steamer. Cover and microwave on high for 5 min to soften.
- Meanwhile, thinly slice red onion.
- Toss steamed carrots with onion, pudding mix, and oil until evenly coated. Transfer to pan and roast 13–15 min, or until onions are softened.
